2 Timothy 3.10; “You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance,”

Teaching (my doctrine); 1 Corinthians 15.3-6a;

Way of life; Acts 28.31;

Purpose; Acts 9.15;

Faith; Ephesians 4.5-6;

Patience (long suffering) Philippians 3.8;

Love; 1 Corinthians 13.4;

Endurance; (Greek word means steadfastness)


2 Timothy 3:11
Verses 11: “...what kinds of things happened to me in Antioch, Iconium
and Lystra, the persecutions I endured. Yet the Lord rescued me from
all of them.”


What happened to Paul in these towns? (Geographic areas)


I. First, let’s look at Antioch - Acts 11; Greeks began to be saved.
13; church at Antioch sent out missionaries.
15:35-41; Disagreement between Paul & Barnabas over John Mark.


According to Galatians 2:11-13, there was a disagreement between
Paul & Peter-not mentioned in Acts.
