 Olson’s Opportunities

To Serve the Lord January 2023

Greetings from Wisconsin! We appreciate that many of you sent Christmas messages to us across the miles!

The New Year of 2023 lies ahead like a blank book. Is there room in your heart for God to write His story there?

Revelation 1:3 says that the Word of God brings blessing: “Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.”

To honor God and receive His blessings, we’ve started reading the Gospel of John aloud together daily, alternating verses in Spanish

and English.

Romans 12:2a was chosen as our verse for 2023: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

We want God’s special help to apply this to our lives. What’s your verse?

“Only one life, ‘twill soon be past. Only what’s done for Christ will last.”
