Olson’s Opportunities 

January 2021

On the left is a photo of a pastoral visit at Stanley Correctional. On the right is our car in front of the motel we stayed at when ministering at Stanley.  Since COVID  hit 10 months ago, we have not been able to do either. Many times we have experienced these words from  2 John, verse 12: “I have much to write to you, but I do not want to use paper and ink. Instead, I hope to visit you and talk with you face to face, so that our joy may be complete.” We don’t know when this will happen again, but we trust God’s timing! 

In the mean time, we followed God’s lead as He expanded our territory with several new ministries. 1 Cor 16:8-9 says: “But I will stay on at Ephesus until Pentecost, because  a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me.” {DVD's ready to be sent}

Preaching DVDs from one of Tecate Mission’s churches in Mexico are also being made. On the left is the pastor of that church and his wife. On the right is a flyer for a men’s bilingual restoration ministry in Milwaukee. Gen 50:20: “You [COVID] intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.”

2 Tim. 2:2 says: “What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will  be able to teach others also.” Candi and Salomón are these witnesses, both now released back to Honduras and each involved in ministry… PRISON MINISTRY!
